Users with Kintone administration permission and Kintone users & system administrators can perform the following actions.

• Editing the "Announcement" section of a portal
• Creating additional portals
• Changing the settings of an added portal
• Deleting added portals
• Changing the display order of added portals
• Setting a default portal
