This section describes how to use Thread Summary AI in the Android mobile app.

To use the thread summarization AI from the Android mobile app, the following preparations are required from the PC version.

• A Kintone administrator must have enabled Kintone AI and selected to use the AI Thread Summary feature.

• A Kintone system administrator configures spaces and users that can use Thread Summary AI.

  If a Kintone system administrator has not configured the space or user to use Thread Summary AI, the "Summarize thread" and "Summarize comment" options will not be displayed even if you open a thread.

This section describes the basic steps for using Thread Summary AI in the Android mobile app.

These are the steps to summarize all the comments posted on a thread.

1. Open the mobile app for Android.

2. Opens a space where Thread Summary AI is used.

3. Open a thread.

4. Tap "Summarize thread", which is displayed next to the thread title.
   When you tap "Summarize thread", the summary is generated immediately.
   

These are the steps to summarize a specific post and its reply comments.

1. Open the mobile app for Android.

2. Opens a space where Thread Summary AI is used.

3. Open a thread.

4. Tap "Summarize comment" displayed on the post you want to summarize.
   When you tap "Summarize comment", the summary is generated immediately.
   

The steps from viewing the summary results to closing the screen are the same for both methods of creating a summary.

1. Check the summary results.

   • You can tap "Copy" to copy the summary result.
   • Tapping "Share" opens a screen at the bottom of the screen where you can select an app to share with. You can share the summary result with other apps, such as mail apps, that are installed on your device.
     

2. Tap the "Close" button to close the summary results.
