Actions users can perform in spaces

Space administrators, space members, and other general users can perform the following actions in a space.
Actions that can be performed by guest users are explained in the following page.

*1: The space will be added to the Favorite spaces list of the user who performed the action. Other users will not be notified of this action, nor will the list be made public.

*2:  If the space includes in-space apps, the user who performs the action is required to have the app management permission for these apps.

*3: These actions can be performed only when the Enable multiple threads checkbox is selected on the Appearance tab of the space settings.

*4: Even if a user is a space administrator, the user cannot create the app in the cases listed below. The same goes for when the Only allow space administrators to create apps checkbox is not selected on the Appearance tab of the space settings.

  • The user is not granted the "Create apps" permission in the Permission management settings in Kintone administration.
  • The user is not granted the "Create apps" and "Manage/use/delete apps" permissions for the "Public" app group in the App groups settings in Kintone administration.

*5: Even if a user is a space administrator, the user cannot change which space an in-space app belongs to in the following cases.

  • The user is not granted the app management permission for the app.
  • The user is not granted the "Create apps" permission in the Permission management settings in Kintone administration.
  • The user is not granted the "Create apps" and "Manage/use/delete apps" permissions for the "Public" app group in the App groups settings in Kintone administration.
