This article explains how to use the AI Search feature in the mobile app for Android.

To use the AI Search feature in the mobile app for Android, the following settings need to be configured on a PC.

• A Kintone administrator must have enabled Kintone AI and selected to use the AI Search feature.

• A Kintone administrator needs to have created at least one AI Search chatbot to use.

  • Note that where and by whom an AI Search chatbot can be used is determined by the settings configured by Kintone administrators.
  • If there are no AI Search chatbots that you can use, the AI Search icon will not be displayed in the mobile app.

You can send up to 10 questions or commands. If you reach the limit, go back to the list of Search AIs, select the one you want to use, and start a new conversation.

See below for the basic steps to use an AI Search chatbot in the mobile app.

1. Open the mobile app for Android.

2. Tap the Open navigation menu icon (the three lines) at the upper left of the screen.

   

3. Tap the AI Search icon next to your user name.
   

4. Tap the name of the AI Search chatbot that you want to use.
   

5. In the chatbot, tap a preset prompt button, or enter a question or instruction and then tap Send.
   

6. Check the answer provided by Search AI.

   • You can tap "Copy" to copy the answer given by the search AI.
   • Tapping "Share" opens a screen at the bottom of the screen where you can select an app to share with. You can share the answer from Search AI with other apps, such as mail apps, that are installed on your device.
