To allow users to use the various features provided by Kintone AI, settings must be configured by a Kintone administrator or a Kintone users & system administrator.

A Kintone administrator or a Kintone users & system administrator must first enable Kintone AI itself.
Next, they enable each AI feature to be used. By selecting the desired features, each AI feature can be enabled or disabled individually.

1. Click the Settings icon (the gear-shaped icon) at the top of Kintone, then click Kintone AI management.

   

2. On the Kintone AI management screen, select the Enable Kintone AI checkbox under Kintone AI activation.

3. In the Kintone AI Lab section, select the Use checkbox for the features you want to use.
   The following features are available through Kintone AI Lab.

   • AI Search
   • AI App Creator
   • AI Process Creator
   • AI View Analysis
   • AI Thread Summary
   • AI App Settings Review
   • AI App Finder

4. Click Save at the bottom right of the screen.

   

For some AI features, you can restrict access for users by configuring permissions.
