Kintone AI does not acquire any rights to input data, except as permitted by the customer.

Kintone AI uses Amazon Bedrock as its AI infrastructure. Questions and answers registered in Kintone are sent to Amazon Bedrock.

Kintone AI does not save or use input data for the purpose of AI model training.

Input data is handled in accordance with the Kintone AI Terms of Use. For details, refer to the following page:

Kintone AI sends input data to its AI infrastructure, Amazon Bedrock, to the extent necessary to provide its AI features. Input data will not be sent to any third party other than Amazon Bedrock.

Note that the input data is not used for AI processing for other users or in other domains.
