Kintone AI does not acquire any rights to input data, except as permitted by the customer.
Kintone AI uses a third-party service as its AI infrastructure. Question and answers entered in Kintone are sent to this third-party service.

Is my data used for AI training?
Kintone AI does not save or use input data for the purpose of AI model training.
Input data is handled according to the Kintone AI Terms of Use. For details, refer to the following page.
Is the data sent to the generative AI shared with third parties?
Kintone AI sends input data to the third-party AI infrastructure provider only as necessary to provide AI features. It does not send input data to any other third parties.
In addition, input data is not used for AI processing by other users or in other domains.

Which region is the AI infrastructure located in?

Which generative AI models are used for the AI features?
Amazon Bedrock is adopted as the AI infrastructure, and models verified to meet security requirements are selected. At present, Anthropic's Claude is used.
Note that the AI infrastructure and models may change in the future for feature additions and improvements. Also, the models used may vary depending on the feature.
What does the "Service Provider Policy" in the Terms of Use specifically refer to?
The "Service Provider Policy" refers to the policy on data handling and AI use set by the AI infrastructure provider used by Kintone AI.
