This section describes how to use Record List Analysis AI from the Android mobile app.

To use the Record List Analysis AI from the Android mobile app, you need to complete the following steps from the desktop view.

• A Kintone administrator must have enabled Kintone AI and selected to use the AI View Analysis feature.

• Kintone System Administrators can configure which apps and users can use the Record List Analysis AI feature.

The same limitations and analysis targets as those for the PC version apply when you use the View Analysis AI from the Android mobile app.

Using View Analysis AI

This section describes the basic steps for using Record List Analysis AI in the Android mobile app.

1. Open the mobile app for Android.

2. Open an app that can use AI View Analysis.

3. Tap the drop-down list for switching views, and then tap the view you want to switch to.

4. Tap "Analyze records".
   

5. On the chatbot screen, tap a built-in prompt button or enter a question or command and then tap "Send".
   You can enter up to 1,000 characters for commands and questions.
   

6. Check the analysis results.

   • You can tap "Copy" to copy the answer from Record List Analysis AI.
   • Tapping "Share" opens a screen at the bottom of the screen where you can select an app to share with. You can share the answers of Record List Analysis AI with other apps, such as mail apps, that are installed on your device.
     

7. Tapping "Back" will open the "View" screen and close the screen for using Record List Analysis AI.
