When you are invited to a guest space, follow the steps described below to join it. The steps differ depending on whether you are already using Kintone or not.
Also, the screen display may differ depending on your environment.

Use the Kintone account that you use at your company to join the guest space that you were invited to.
This will link your accounts and let you access the guest space from your company's Kintone home screen.
What is "account linking"?

1. Check your Kintone subdomain.
   Your subdomain is the character string that appears before ".kintone.com" in the Kintone URL.
   You can find it by accessing your company's Kintone environment and checking the URL in the address bar of your web browser.
   Example: https://subdomain-name.kintone.com/k/

2. Click the link in the invitation email.

3. Under Use Kintone Domain Account, enter your Kintone subdomain and click Use Kintone Domain Account ​

4. Log in to your Kintone account.
   If you are already logged in, skip this step.

5. On the Your profile screen, add your profile as a guest.
   Set each of the following items and click Save.

   • ​Profile picture
   • ​Name (required)
   • Company​
   • ​Time zone (required)

1. Click the link in the invitation email.

2. Enter the necessary information under Login with new account and click Login with new account.
