Adding static groups

  1. Access Kintone users & system administration.
    Accessing Kintone users & system administration

  2. Click Groups (or roles).

  3. Click Add or Add group (or role).

  4. Enter information of the group (or role).
    For  Membership type, select Static.

  5. Click Save.

  6. Add members of the group (role).
