Increasing the number of licensed users

Describes the steps to increase the number of Kintone licensed users.

Steps

  1. Access Kintone users & system administration.

  2. Click Subscription details.

  3. In "Kintone", click Change Plan.​​

  4. Enter the new number of licensed users and then click Next.

  5. Confirm the updated information on the confirmation screen.

  6. Click Submit.
